What do you love most about your job?
The whole creative process and hearing the finished product. I love to turn up the volume and take it all in when the project is complete.

Recording session
For a recording session we take the time to get a great sound from all instruments involved. Getting a great sound in ensures an amazing sound out. It is well worth every effort to get everything sounding as it should before recording.
Editing
After a well recorded session , we can edit any minor details as needed with pro tools at our side. A little drum tweak, or bass slightly out of time, tune vocals, or most any minor issues found after tracking can be edited to fit.
Mixing
This is where we stand out.THE B SIDE STUDIO can take a well recorded song and get it sounding better than you envisioned. Using eq, compression, harmonics, modulation, reamping, and more , we can make it slam!!!!
Mastering
Mastering is the cherry on top of a delicious sundae. With 2 mastering suites available , we can nail down the subtle adjustments needed to take a great mix and transform it into an amazing finished product. Also spacing , dithering, order, and coding are part of complete album or single song mastering
Live site recording
We have available, a mobile unit capable of recording 16 tracks at once. Usually enough to record a band with 8-10 instruments, for example ; 6 drum mics , bass, 2 guitars, stereo keyboard, 3 vocals, and stereo percussion . With 24 tracks available we can change things up on the fly. A full array of tools are built in, such as multi effects, eq, compression, and deesser to name a few.
Producing
THE B SIDE STUDIO has team members with an ear for detail. We can offer you help with songwriting, harmony lines, musical ideas, musicians , pre production (prep and planning), and just about any other music needs. We are here to help
