What do you love most about your job?
I love helping others, puzzles and numbers. Therefore taxation felt the perfect career. Every tax return I work on is an opportunity to help people keep the money they are entitled to and I'm always looking into possibilities for the year ahead.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have reduced my in person services to once per week and when I do meet all recommended protocols are in place. I have available disposable masks in case someone forgets. Hand sanitizer is available. Door handles, tables and computer keyboard, mouse and touch screen is sanitized before and after each meeting. Social distancing is always observed.
