What is the scope of the project?
What is your market? Do you have a marketing plan in place?

If yes, what do you like or want to keep and what do you want to change?
What are some examples of work that you like--either your own, your competitors, from my work, or in the public domain
Do you have examples of creative or art direction that you can share to give an idea of your preferred color palettes, type faces, photographic/illustration styles?
What information do you need from a client before you start work?
I usually need the scope of the project and how much of the project will come to me completed or is still in the development phase. I prefer a kickoff Q & A session with each client--either by phone, email on in person--to assess the unique aspects of their project.

Describe your creative process.
I usually prefer to discuss the scope of the project in the development phase, either in the form of a kickoff Q & A session--either by phone, email on in person--to assess the unique aspects of their project and then any art or creative direction they might have. I prefer to also see any existing materials to help to better determine the client personal tastes and preferences.
I then prefer to work in stages and allow the client checkpoints along to the way to best use their budget wisely and to be sure that we stay on track.

What inspired you to start your own business?
After working in graphic design studios and advertising agencies, I moved to a corporate in house creative services department for an international company with multiple brands. All of these different environments helped me to discover what type of work and clients I prefer and variety and commitment to developing a brand is key!
