I gave my 86-year old mother a house cleaning as a surprise gift. Â We left the house unattended before the team got there but I saw them arriving on time, and she nearly saw them. Â When we returned, they were just finishing up. Â She was so surprised. Â The 2 women were very nice, with great personalities. Â They talked to us while they continued cleaning, and never stopped until they were done. Â After they left, we looked at all of the rooms and the areas they cleaned. Â Everything shined, including the cabinets, the tub and shower walls, and hard surfaces, like tables, linoleum, and countertops. Â The house smelled clean and fresh. Â She was so happy with the work that was done that she had the team come back for another cleaning 2 months later. Â The second cleaning built upon the first cleaning. Â Again she commented about how everything shines and how she just feels so much better coming into her house now that it's really clean. This company has the best customer service I've seen for any maid company. The first team of maids they sent to my house were amazing. I hired them to clean after renovating a bathroom. My condo was very dusty. I had to ask if they cleaned fan in bedroom. Looked ok when they left. Later I realized blinds were still very dusty, fan in bedroom was dirty, pulls on cabinets hadn't been dusted. Big picture over couch in living room wasn't dusted at all. Many of my kitchen cabinets have ledges and many were not dusted. Very frustrating and I blessed them with a nice tip, not realizing what a poor job they did!!
