I hired Stacey for day of event coordinator originally. Once I knew she was also a florist, I added on that service for my wedding. She did an absolutely amazing job from the beginning. There is nothing negative I could ever say about Stacey. She has been working alongside us to make my dream wedding come true for over a year now. Our original wedding date was August 25, 2020 but unfortunately due to Covid we had to switch our date. She worked alongside us to switch our date to April 2020 and right after that we started planning. Unfortunately we still were not able to hold that date and had to switch it once again to December 18, 2020. Throughout all this time Stacey did not give up on us and our vision. She kept in contact with us the whole time and was very reassuring about the whole process. Her flower designs are absolutely stunning and she works with you to make your vision come true. Not only are her floral designs absolutely stunning and breathtaking, her wedding coordinated skills are top-of-the-line. She helped us very much with contacting vendors, sitting down with us and our venue during the final meeting to make sure they were not making it hard for us to get in and get going on the day of the wedding. During our wedding date she took full charge of everything from setting up our reception area with our centerpieces and floral decorations, to making sure all the vendors are where they need to be and all the appropriate paperwork is good to go. When it came time for the ceremony Stacey did a great job making our timeline absolutely flawless and on the wedding day itself she made sure that we stuck to the timeline in a very professional manner. I I am truly blessed that I was able to have Stacey alongside me during this journey, and I wouldn’t pick anyone else. It was an amazing experience working with Stacey! She was professional and at same time very down to earth, she was on point with everything!

My daughter’s wedding was on 11/20/21 at Newland Barns in Huntington Beach and Stacey did an amazing job with the decorations, garlands on the tables were beautiful! She took care of everything for us and made it look so easy as she was calm and knew what and how it was getting done! We had a few changes throughout the last week and even to the last day and she would just say okay I will handle! Her personality was the best, friendly and professional! I am so happy that I found her on bark and I’m will definitely be working with here again and again in the near future as we have a very big family and they all still continue to talk about my daughter’s wedding how smooth it went and how much fun they all had!!

Stacey was seriously awesome! I couldn't have asked for a more perfect and smooth running wedding and it was because of her. My now husband and I hired her for her services as a one month before/day of coordinator. She was so helpful with creating our timeline, distributing the timeline to all applicable vendors, and making sure everything was good to go prior to the wedding day (vendor contracts, information needed from the vendors, how I wanted the decorations to be set-up). She was very responsive and easy to get a hold of! Had a few phone calls and met in person for a venue walk-thru as well as for the rehearsal at venue. And of course, many back and forth e-mails :) Stacey is such a personable and awesome person to talk with as well. She made wedding planning significantly less stressful for us and made us feel confident that everything would get done. We only needed to worry about getting ourselves to the venue!
The day of our wedding her assistant called in sick but no one would have been able to tell that she was a person down. She was amazing. Stacey exceeded all of our expectations with setting up our decorations, making sure everyone was where they needed to be (and on time..) and even went above and beyond by making some greenery swags for sign/table decor. While she was super busy setting everything up and making sure all of our vendors/guests were where they needed to be, she still took the time to check in with me and ensure I didn't need anything.
Words will never be enough to describe how thankful my husband and I are of Stacey. She truly made our wedding day perfect. All of our guests were so impressed with her as well and had nothing but nice things to say.

Just had my wedding 9/7/19 and Stacey made my bouquet, 3 greenery/floral crowns, the boutonnière, and 2 greenery garlands. All was beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Pricing definitely fit my low budget wedding but the quality was still so great. I went with very few flowers and mostly different types of eucalyptus which I'm sure helped the pricing as well. I hired Stacey to service my wedding as both a wedding planner and coordinator. She gave us a great deal for the bundle and while I've never been married before, I think it made the process that much easier to hire someone who knows everything that's happening with both flowers and general decor. I didn't have to worry about a thing at the wedding, she was professional, great to work with, and great with my guests. Not to mention my flowers were GORGEOUS and exactly what I wanted.

I have had the most pleasant experience working with Stacey! Her patience and overall knowledge of the industry is like none other. She is so thorough and extremely organized. Our initial meeting she asked so many questions about me, my fiance', and the type of experience we envisioned. She, definitely, made it the process easier and I have relied heavily on her expertise. My biggest frustration was the venue quest. We found a place that we loved and unfortunately things did not work out, however Stacey continued to encourage me and kept me focused.
