We provide full service bookkeeping, payroll and local sales and excise tax reporting as well as reviewing and preparing Year End Financials for Federal & State Tax Preparation. In addition, we also provide help with logistics and start up for new and existing businesses. We specialize in business rescue to help get you back on track. We assist with training, budgeting and spending plans while you stay in control of your operation.

A really great accountant is one that guides you as well. Numbers don't mean anything if you don't know how they apply. Educating the entrepreneur is paramount to his success and good decision making.

What inspired you to start your own business?
The founder of SOS Office Solutions LLC wrote her own pink slip as the Executive Administrator of the CEO of a Fortune 500 company. The company's downsizing and outsourcing of services closed the door on the employee chapter of her career and opened the door to the business owner chapter of her career. Friends and family began asking her for advice, training and help with services ranging from basic bookkeeping to administrating and managing multiple businesses for various friends and family. Her reputation for detail, accuracy and thoroughness brought a lot of word of mouth clientele looking for the same custom service they heard about. The demand for her services rose and SOS Office Solutions LLC was created.
Why should our clients choose you?
We listen to our clients needs, goals and issues. Our job is to come along side and assist, not dictate. Our clients stay in control of their businesses and use us as they need us. We tailor each client's services to their budget, their level of control and goals. Sometimes we will start out doing everything for a client and train them up in their business so much so we work ourselves out of a job, but earn a great friend. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
SOS has gone above and beyond to protect the staff and clientele from the danger of Covid-19. Because we are 98% paperless... we are able to pass information back and forth easily through technology. If drop-offs or pick-ups are required, we have a door slot to accommodate these tasks. We will always give you a smile and a wave through the window!

We offer training to help you learn if that is your goal, or we just take care of things which allows you more spare time to do other things such as selling, marketing or taking that much needed vacation!

Now, we all have an idea that payroll processing is not for the faint of heart. With all the tax changes and new rules coming into effect or expiring, SOS stays on top of all the changes and makes sure that your payroll is done on-time, on-budget and 100% accurate. We take care of everything including filing of quarterly and annual State and federal taxes and fees.
