I had never before set foot in a gym but recognizing I needed a guide, I responded to one of Robert's FB invitations to stop by his studio. I am retired widow who had led a sedentary life, but I realized I was having trouble getting up on down on chairs, stairs, and from the floor. What would happen if I fell? Robert listened to my concerns and developed a dynamic program that has improved my mobility immensely. We've changed up the type of movements and the intensity at a pace that's comfortable to me. I appreciate he has a good grasp of the physiology of the body and is careful to make sure I'm not injured and am working on a range of muscles. That doesn't mean he goes easy on me. He pushes me hard but it's paying off. Ten months ago, I couldn't do the lunges, squats, bar push-ups, and planks I'm doing today. I can raise and lower myself onto a chair without my hands, I can do stairs more comfortably and I can get off the ground without assistance, all of which were real challenges before. What do you love most about your job?
The biggest problem we face as a society is an increase in chronic diseases which are causing a lot of people the inability to live their true potential. I want to help combat this problem by providing people with the necessary tools and education to reverse these issues or at least bring it to a level where it can properly be maintained.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Freedom to become creative. The concept of helping people unleash their potential through fitness allows them to take control over their own body, which encourages a more holistic approach.

Quite simply, I care. I care about helping people better themselves. I feel this is my way in the world. I am capable of bringing out the best in people.
