We got in touch with Manuel after a tough experience with another contractor. His level of explanation and patience were incredible! We’re first time home owners, so it was important to us to truly understand the process. His team’s work quality was incredible! I really appreciated their willingness to go above the standard and replace a large amount of rotting wood. The only reason for the 4 star review is because the clean up was not thoroughly done and it took significant time get paperwork completed.
