Lizzie was amazing to work with and her style is impeccable. She was always professional, prompt, and responsive. We immediately loved the design board she created for our living room and kitchen and Lizzie was able to work with us to find alternate pieces to fit our budget. We also had just had our first child when we sought Lizzie’s services so she was sure to find furniture pieces that had rounded edges. I cannot recommend Lizzie enough! I stumbled upon her profile recently after moving to LA and renting an apartment, and loved her style. We had a quick chat on the phone, a quick intro meeting in-person, and I immediately knew I had found the designer for me. Lizzie is so approachable and easy to work with yet isn’t afraid to steer you in the right direction when she knows best (and she definitely knows best). We built an amazing rapport and I loved when she would bounce ideas off of me –– my feedback was really welcomed and she took it in and thoughtfully adapted her ideas. I was so incredibly impressed with how much my personality and my aesthetic were apart of her designs, and I signed off on the project with only tiny revisions. I ended up with an incredible apartment that was essentially exactly what she originally designed for me — down to the pillows, the rug, the furniture, the paint, window treatments, etc… Lizzie was such an amazing person to have by my side as I navigated the unfamiliar waters of interior design — I highly recommend her for any project large and small. Where do I begin? Lizzie from Popix Designs was a exceptional match from the start. As a first-time home buyer I needed someone I could trust, but more importantly someone I would be comfortable with as I embarked on the most important journey of my life. Lizzie was attentive, very relatable and has impeccable taste. She talked me through all of my design questions and worked tirelessly to make sure my needs were met. Whether it was 8am or 10 at night she was always there for me. Even while she was on vacation over the holidays! I'm now in a home I have tremendous pride in. Her work overall has exceeded my expectations and then some. Every single guest I've had has complimented me on my home and has honestly been in awe. It's a journey I'll never forget. Lizzie is a dream to work with! She is super creative and has her finger on the pulse of the latest trends. She is super flexible and does a great job of bringing her own ideas while staying flexible to our needs. Before hiring Lizzie, I was totally overwhelmed had zero idea what direction to take our baby nursery, let alone how to conceptualize the little details like art and accent colors. Lizzie's enthusiasm rubbed off quickly, and in no time at all I found myself excited about the project and eager to get it done. Lizzie worked with us to design our living area, dining area, bedroom, and master bathroom. She listened to both of our style considerations and shared ideas. She was knowledgeable about current styles, vendors, and how to put things together in a way that looks modern and is comfortable. For example, she took my husband's suggestion for a wall bookshelf and found us something really beautiful that fits all of his books and matches the room. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for tailored interior design that is responsive to your design interests. More...
