What do you love most about your job?
Helping clients become successful. Delivering against a client's business goals in a way that only earned media and shared and owned content can do. And, thinking creatively and strategically about how to solve a communications challenge. It is always exhilarating when you see the fruits of your labor and that your work has delivered meaningful results for clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The time was right and I thought I still offered value to clients. I wanted to build an agency that would work hard for clients and prove value in their business by supporting their business goals. Also, I've seen so much waste in agencies of larger sizes and I want our agency to avoid that. Pitzer Relations aspires to be a top 100 PR agency in the next five years.

Yes via Zoom, file transfer, etc. I use the latest technologies to support remote work, including virtual meetings and private messaging. It expands my day and virtually allows for 24/7 support. Still, in the end, Pitzer Relations will do the execution of programming but all can be managed and communicated through multiple online technology platforms.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Since most of my clients work remotely, I don't need to do much. When I visit clients physically, I adhere to all CDC guidelines. I subscribe to the utmost safety when it comes to Covid-19. Also, everyone on staff is up to date with vaccinations so clients don't need to worry when having face-to-face meetings with their client teams on premise.
