What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We ensure that all of our Officers wear face mask and take Covid-19 test often. Any officers displaying any symptoms of sickness will be replaced until we are sure that they are at 100% clean bill of health.
Unarmed Security Officer
Officers are to maintain site dependent standards and
regulations. Officers duty is to observe and report all illegal activity and report it to
local police department immediately and inform supervisor of illegal acts.
Armed Security Officer
(*Following the Unarmed officer duties*) Commissioned Officers duties
are to ensure public safety with the use of further training with one on one
communication and de-escalation tactics. Armed officers have the training necessary
to utilize "5 Steps Of Force" and enforce our company "Use of Force Policy" for
the presence of an immediate threat and/or to preserve a human life.
Armed Supervisor
(*Following the other officers duties*) Supervisors presence is to
ensure that each officer is maintain Performance One Code and Conduce. The
psychical presences ensures clients a direct line in case of issues or intimidate
change need to the site for training. Supervisors will report daily on site of any
changes and officer updates on performance and uniform appearance.
Armed Patrol Vehicle Officer
Patrol officers duties are too ensure the location
exterior is safe and secure. Patrol officers have all necessary equipment and training
to ensure that operating a vehicle under the company standards will be professional
and safe. Patrol vehicles training is to ensure that traffic from parking lots to road
ways are always cleared and safe for vehicle travel and pedestrians.
Private Protection Officer
Personal Protection officers offer a more
"Secret Service" type of protection. PPO officers duties are to ensure the VIP is
protected from unknown dangers while not drawing attention to the client. PPO
officers will be constantly monitoring client during shift and notifying supervisors
of passable known dangers . PPO officers will be armed with lethal and non-lethal
weapons to ensure the safety of the client. *All PPO officers have the following training of
all other officers duties*
