What do you love most about your job?
I love the connection with other people to create an environment where people can tap into their own resourcefulness and potential. I am inspired by my clients increasing awareness, action plans, and changes that they make in life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been an organizational effectiveness consultant for years but something was missing in supporting people to change. Transformational coaching is an additional tool for change--developing awareness, exploring limiting thoughts and ideas and imagining all the possibilities. For me, starting a coaching business is a natural progression in supporting the change that people desire.
Why should our clients choose you?
My experience and training are strong; however, it is the deep connection that I make with my clients that begins the change process. I am also very outcome oriented, overall goals are set for the coaching process but each session is governed by the client's agenda and what outcomes are desired. I co-create accountability with clients--setting goals that are attainable, measurable, specific, and target dates.

At this time, all of my services are on-line, via Zoom, Teams, or other video meeting service.
