Nue Fitness is like nothing I've experienced before. I've never achieved fitness results at any of the large, impersonal, national gym chains even when I've hired one of their trainers. At those gyms I simply felt like a 'profit center' and not a person. I've also never achieved results from haphazardly working out by myself in my free apartment gyms. The minute I met Joseph I knew he was different. He targets both diet and exercise unique to each individual client. He also adapts his communication style and motivational techniques to each client. For the first time in my life (as I enter my 50's...) I actually feel STRONG. And the added benefits of that are the muscles that have appeared!
