Yes. We use phone and Zoom frequently. Conference calls can be setup with the client. Contracts are digital.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We use Zoom for client meetings whenever possible. We use electronic forms and demonstrations to reduce in person meetings.

We often re-host onto bullet proof Amazon Web Services platform and avoid nasty, misbehaving WordPress plugins wherever possible.
