Been using N&D for over a year, they consistently leave the house sparkling and feeling like a hotel. The staff members are lovely and always do the little additional things like arranging the pillows, dusting the corners clearing the sink dishes. Highly recommend.

I am very pleased with the housekeeping service I had today. They arrived on time and started to work right away they wiped all the doors down and brushed off the furniture The bathrooms are all shiny and bright, and the inspector, Junior, Came and even Cleaned the Overhead fan on the porch.

I am giving a 4 star because there were things I loved about the services and things I was not too pleased with. To start the staff is very friendly and pretty professional which I appreciated. They updated me promptly when they couldn’t make their estimated window and did extra things that made our house look nice. However, a few rooms and areas lacked in attentiveness to details. It appears that our bedroom floor possibly was not mopped or swept and vacuumed. Our bed post has a cut out where you can see behind the bed and it was visibly still dirty, our baseboards also seemed to not get clean as that was supposed to be part of the deep cleaning. It also appeared that our stairs were not fully clean which I understand vacuuming down stairs can be quite a task. I would say for the price point and the size of our home I would consider them again for service however those small details could sway my decision. More...
