Mai was very good with the interior design, very good at envisioning how to best transform a space. She takes pride on the spaces she designs as if they were her own and provides great recommendations for maintenance.
I also used her as a contractor for and insurance claim restoration at my house. She was great at providing everything needed for insurance purposes as well as advised me on dealing with them. She helped me find an architect as the remodel I decided to do would go far beyond just restoring the house to its original look. She was flexible and able to work with my budget by helping me with the beginning more difficult part of the process and then letting me take control towards the easier part at the end but still being available to answer questions. Her availability to answer questions was the next best thing as I am a busy person and would sometimes have important questions late at night or over weekends, and she was happy to respond.

1. Initial meeting/consulation - 1-2 hours
Get to know you, your visions, goals and know what your expectations are.
• consultation fee $150/hour
2. Set mood, color, and budget
3. Proposal
4. Sourcing decor, furniture, and do any necessary upgrades to home ie; interior painting, flooring, etc.

Which interior design styles can you cater for?
My favorite decor: I tend to lean more towards modern southwest, farm house with a touch of industrial and chic taste. I also enjoy working with modern minimalist as simple with less is more for some people. Just because I lean more towards these directions it does not mean I cannot meet your vision tastefully.
Messy and unorganized closets?? We also help a lot of high end homes by re-organizing their closets to create functional space for storage
How long have you been in business?
Been in the business for 9 years, but have had my restoration business for 2.4 years.
What guarantee does your work come with?
Quality of work and workmanship. You choose your design, I help bring it to life in conjunction with sourcing the furniture and decor. Anything GC related has a 2 year warranty unless damaged was caused by client, we will go into detail with this scope of work when time comes.
What do you love most about your job?
I love making your vision become a reality! I love the work I do and proud of what I do. I absolutely enjoy being of service. This type of job is an art and if you struggle with having an eye for staging it’ll be difficult to achieve the end goal.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I used to flip and stage homes for a living. Knew I would be doing this someday and it has been a fun journey.

Yes and No. I can charge a consult fee and you do all the work of putting pieces together or we can work something out to accomodate… modifications can be made to fit your budget.

I am vaccinated and can wear a mask at your request. I do not work when feeling the slightest symptoms

Interior Design
