I've been training with Mike for 4 months now. It's been a great experience, I honestly did not think I would actually start to see definition in my arms and stomach as quickly as I did.
It's clear from the first session that Mike truly care about his clients meeting their goals. He watches every single rep I do to ensure proper form, and I honestly think he gets more excited when I have a breakthrough set, than I do.
Mike has a lot of clients, so I'm not sure how he does it, but he knows my personal weights for every exercise, and has a strategic plan for each workout day. So all I have to do is show up, concentrate on my form and lift. He does everything else.
Since starting with Mike, I've gone from 260 pounds down to 235, and am putting up personal bests almost every day. I haven't reached my fitness goals yet, but I know with Mike as my trainer, I'm definitely going to get there.

In this city that most people take your money and don’t care about you, Mike is a true gem!
He is very knowledgeable when it comes to training different muscle groups, knows a various tips and tricks to get around if you have any sort of limitations whether it be muscle injury etc, and he knows his nutrition!
He will create a diet plan that is suitable to YOUR Body and your goals!
He actually LISTENS and CARES about your goals and he will help you achieve those goals.
Outside of the gym, Mike makes himself available to you to answer any questions you might have, whether if it’s a weight training questions, post workout recovery, question about nutrition, etc.

This guy is legit one of the nicest people I know. I also can't speak highly enough about my training with Mike. I've been in a lot of gyms and observed a ton of trainers in my life but never seen somebody so consultative and focused on bringing out the best in a range of clients. Since working with Mike I’ve increased my strength, improved my muscle mass and definition, and also improved mobility around my shoulder (I have a minor rotator cuff tear). Mike's body sculpting was one of the best investments I ever made. 1st started working on issues of rehab. R knee and R shoulder. Mike got me to get bands and a new pillow these 2 things along with weight training decreased my pain in R shoulder, and gave me much greater range of motion. This is where its just you and me training and you wont be paired up with anyone else during your session. You will get 100% of the time and attention.
Group Sessions
This is where you will be paired up with up to 2 more people during your session. Its at a discounted price to make it more attractive and affordable for you.
Online Training
I have an online training platform in which i can give you full in detail workouts (with videos and content for each workout and exercise), weekly nutrition plans, weekly check in phone calls, unlimited messaging during the week to help answer any and all questions you may have.
