We are a married couple with three grown-up children, so we have gone through all sorts of challenges in life. We dealt with addictions, trust issues, depression, anger nanagement, and we've been using the same tools that we give to our clients in our own lives.

I have worked with Alex for many years with short breaks, but he is always ready to help and give a wise advice. I’ve been in a very deep hole in my life when we started, I didn’t know who I was and what I wanted, Alex helped me to find myself and opened some of my skills that I never knew I had. I've struggled with alcoholism for decades and have tried to quit on my own many times without help. In 2020, when things got really bad, I called around to several treatment centers for help but they were either very expensive and/or didn't take new clients. I finally spoke with one professional who recommended the Metacoaches (Sasha and Olga). From the very beginning, I felt how kind, compassionate, and very helpful they both are. It isn't like a traditional 12 step program. In fact, being coached by Olga has given me an opportunity to get to know myself through a more holistic approach. In our current world of uncertainty and isolation, Olga gave me a chance to meet "my tribe" in meetings. Absolutely! We conduct most of our sessions through Zoom. You can also come to our office in Arlington Heights, IL and have a session in person. Once you book a session, we'll send you the link to join a Zoom conference.
Couples Coaching
We work with couples, often 2-on-2, to help both partners express freely and receive feedback from both male and female perspectives. Infidelity, distrust, resentments, boredom, stress, lack of time are some of the issues we help couples work on.
