If you lack discipline and knowledge or fear the gym and don’t know where to start, this is your sign to hire a trainer and improve your life. Since training with Max, I swear up and down that the confidence and energy it gave me helped me do better with work, helped with dating and doubled my overall quality of life. Changed my life. I had never been into the gym life, but I decided to give it a try. Ever since I met Max I knew he was the right person for personal training. He really made me enjoy working out, not only for my personal gains, but because he is a great person to be around with. I spent more than a year with him because it was always fun to joke around, talk about anything in life, get motivation from him, and simply spend some time with a friend. Max has truly changed my life and I will forever be grateful for that, we are still great friends and I am sure that I will be back. Max helped with a lot of things. When I first started, I was super nervous because I was over weight big time. Max helped me deal with that anxiety in the gym and build a strong mindset to the gym. He was very informative and helped with macro counting as well as proper weight training and form. In a little less than a year with him I had dropped 70lbs of fat and gotten significantly stronger. Working out with him is what fueled my current love for the gym that helps me stay motivated to go 6 days a week. He also helped a lot with figuring out how many days I could handle that worked up to the stamina I have now to do it as much as I do. he’s knowledgeable and can alter and modify workouts on the fly if a particular exercise is too easy or too challenging, he continuous motivates and is always on time and pushes me. I love helping people do what they think is challenging or impossible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I hated commercial personal training. Clients are charges 70+ a session and pay upwards of 300 in fees while the trainers make 12.50$. I want my clients to be able get affordable training while I also make a living.
