My experience using Manifest Athlete has been amazing. I've tried working out in the past and joined different workout groups (yoga, I Love Kickboxing, personal trainer at the gym), and I quit within 30 days because I felt like I was being expected to do too much too soon. Like, I'm overweight and out of shape (which is why I was there), so stop having an expectation for me to do the same workout regimen as the in-shape gym rats. But, with coach Jesse, he heard my concerns out and tailored my workouts based on MY abilities. When there were exercises that were problematic for me, he provided alternatives. This doesn't mean that he went easy on me, because he pushes me to give 100% of what I'm capable of doing. However, he understood that it was going to be a process for my lazy and stagnate body to bevome active again. He's very supportive and very patient, and I really appreciate that more than he knows. This is the first time I have been on a regular workout regimen for over 90 days and it feels great. I still can't say that I'm an individual that loves working out, but I can say that I love the way that I look, I love the way that I feel, and I love seeing the physical progress that I've made over the last 90 days. I am retired from the Army and being physically fit is one of our pillars. I wanted to continue to serve our Nation. So, there is no better way to do that than assisting clients achieve their physical fitness goals.
