Hi Andre ... we talked for a total of 2 minutes max. ... you asked if I had read your Development Land Use Code for the City of Gunnison, CO ... I replied I had not but I am very familiar with Land Use Ordinances ... I would do so if I was paid a Preliminary Project Assessment Fee ... you replied you were not willing to do so and thanked me for my call ... I thanked you and the call was ended.
