A cynic to most personal services, Adam broke that belief apart for me. No gym or fitness experience here - I mean NO BASIC knowledge.
This was not a problem for Adam. He started my personal training regimen at a perfect launch point for someone like me (age 59) and took a hands-on coaching method to get me up to speed. Adam worked with me on not only my fitness and weightlifting regimen - both in and out of the gym - but also on my diet, follow-up, and mid-week check-ins. This benefited me in so many ways! Weight loss, muscle tone & definition, self esteem, and overall feeling better.

Adam is a great trainer. I've been working with him over the past 4 months, and I've been seeing great results. I didn't really know my way around the gym before I started training with Adam, so having him teach me the basics and then build on that knowledge has been great. He gives you workouts to do on the days that you don't meet with him which really helps when it comes to reaching your goals. I’m a 66 year old guy who has been working out for 5 or 6 years. I’ve had 4 trainers. Adam is by far the best trainer I’ve ever had. He is very supportive and encouraging. I’ve had way way more gainz with Adam, he makes me believe I can lift what he gives me to lift. And I do, and I progress. I’ve been with Adam for 2 years now, and I’m still learning so much from him. During the Covid-19 shutdown, we did Facetime training. I was dubious about this, but it actually was fantastic, and I made a lot of gains working out at home with Adam. Adam is a really good trainer.
He is knowledgeable and precise, yet still remarkably patient. He is not afraid to reinforce messages and posture multiple times till it sinks in and becomes second nature.
He is also precise in his instructions so it never feels like he is telling you to do the exercise two different ways
on two different days. Believe me, there are trainers out there who are inconsistent in this regard and it can be super frustrating.
He also never makes the mistake of assuming that your body and his work the same way. He looks at your body and how you move and provides corrections that are specific to you, rather than canned cues or things that worked for him.
He takes progress pictures to motivate and inspire his clients. He will give you nutrition advice to guide you towards your goals. And all of this with that gentle humor and fun disposition of his makes working out with him an absolute pleasure.
Highly recommended. One of the best in the city.
