I had high expectations when engaging J.O.P. Enforcement Agency for their services, but unfortunately, my experience has been overshadowed by significant administrative challenges.
On multiple occasions, I attempted to pay the invoice for services rendered, only to face obstacles that were entirely outside of my control. Despite my good faith efforts to settle the matter, the owner personally advised me several times not to proceed with payment. This conflicting guidance was both confusing and unprofessional.
To my surprise, after complying with the company's requests and withholding payment as directed, I am now faced with legal action. This abrupt shift in approach has been deeply frustrating and disappointing.
While J.O.P. Enforcement Agency may excel in certain areas of security services, my experience suggests there is a serious lack of administrative professionalism and consistency. I sincerely hope J.O.P. Enforcement Agency takes this feedback as an opportunity to improve its internal processes and communication to avoid similar situations for other clients.

We were also happy to engage with this client, this will be the last time we ever work with third parties. We never received payment from the client, despite every platform to pay the client still has not paid for our services which he signed the contract. It is frustrating to provide a service to someone and don't pay for the service provided. This review will not stop us in providing excellent service to the clients we serve.

What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting new clients that I serve. Having that personal connection with people will lessen the chance on something happening. It makes the job better.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've worked in security for 19 years. I have worked every post there is... I have worked in retail, commercial, industrial, court security, mall security, schools, you name it. just thought one day I want to own my own brand and here came J.O.P. It is a challenge I relish.
Why should our clients choose you?
I want clients to pay a fare price for the services they request. I also want clients to choose J.O.P. because we are growing and we stand out from other companies due to our professionalism, dedication, discipline and integrity. We want our clients and the community safe as a whole.

None of are services are done remotely, all of the work we do is on site.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of our staff from command staff and security officers are equipped with masks and we take temps before and after every shift at our headquaters.
