What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people become the best they can be. Helping people get clear on who they are and what they're truly capable of. We all have talents! There's nothing better than watching someone go from overwhelmed or stuck to fo used and fired up! - with systems in place to back it up.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After years in professional baseball, filmmaking, and recovery, I realized the most powerful thing I could offer was my real world experience - and a structured, grounded approach to change. I wanted to create something authentic and transformative, not just talk therapy or cookie-cutter coaching.

Yes - almost all of my coaching is done virtually via Zoom or phone, which makes it easy and flexible for clients across the country. I also offer voice/text check-ins between sessions for added support and accountability.
