What do you love most about your job?
We pride ourselves in truly learning about our clients and their staff. Sure we can create a fabulous employee handbook or onboarding process, but our ultimate goal is to be our clients' long-term partner!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Unfortunately we witnessed way too many companies being taking advantage of with HR and Recruiting firms. Many of these companies had so many offerings "bundled" that they did not need but were still paying for on a monthly or annual basis. We also encountered many companies that were in dire need of HR, but did not know where to start. Business owners, CEOs, and others who were "volun-told" to handle the HR with no formal HR training or background. Noncompliance can be very costly! With Inspire Culture First our promise is to never oversell and "under-deliver"!

While we are headquartered in the Philadelphia area, we have clients throughout the US. We are able to travel as needed, however most consulting and HR concerns can typically be addressed on a call or virtual meeting. For clients nearer our Bucks County, PA office we are available to go onsite consistently as needed (i.e. weekly, biweekly).
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Being in the HR world, we are constantly keeping up to date on all COVID-19 developments, restrictions and overall guidance. This way we are able to communicate any changes or important updates to our clients in a timely manner. We are able to accommodate our client's needs either onsite or remotely depending on their comfort level.
