Daphne is not a licensed counselor or therapist as she has categorized herself as on Bark, and on many other platforms. She even calls herself a psychiatrist on NextDoor. We bought a package of sessions bur shortly after, I got suspicious of all the conflicting information online about what she actually is. So, I emailed her and asked her to provide her credentials, to which she said she wasn’t licensed AT ALL. So I cancelled five days before we would have met for the first session. Still no refund from Daphne and it’s been over a month. She will take your money and run the second you get suspicious. I have reported her to Bark as well. More...

Hi Alix, please be honest with your comments. I have never called myself a therapist or counselor or anything of a sort. I am not licensed. You are 100% correct. In regards to your sessions, you had two and decided you wanted a refund for the entire amount. I won’t do that. I gave you a promotional deal and the fee for those two sessions alone would have been the same price. So, no I won’t refund any of it. You filed a claim with your bank. I responded and provided my evidence and won. I believe that was sufficient. I wish you the best.

Daphne has been wonderful to work with. Really wouldn’t be where I am today with out her.

Smartphone can be really beguiling. There are so many P.I and worth not that promise awesome results if you can just get hold of your spouse’s device.
