Each trainer would hog three different machines/spots at a time, or ask to work a set in with the equipment you were using. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
The way I help clients reach their fitness goals is to teach them how to do it along the way. It's easy to tell someone what to do to reach their goal, but they may not be able to sustain this by themselves. As a personal trainer I want to teach people along the way to their goals so that they can start to sustain it independently.
What do you love most about your job?
The one thing that I love the most about being a personal trainer is helping people realize what they are actually capable of doing and achieving. Most people underestimate themselves in a lot of ways and I get to help them realize that their body and mind can be capable of a lot more.
