Hired transportation for my child’s friends for his bar mitzvah to take them to the venue after the service. They were incredibly helpful and patient with all my questions. The driver was on time actually a couple minutes and I was told they could take their time getting on did not rush us at all. The kids enjoyed the ride. The driver was very nice and professional. Ilona from Fortune transportation was spectacular from start to finish! She made the process of renting a party bus for our senior’s prom, effortless and was quickly responsive to any questions or changes we had. I was impressed with the customer service for my Limo rental. My daughter and grandson were flying back from Disney and Universal, and I wanted to surprise them. The Gentleman I made the reservation with, made sure the driver did not tell them while confirming pick up times and where at the airport. He also stayed in close touch with them, as their fight was delayed. They were exhausted, but gleefully surprised and picked up right on time after their long delay. They had a comfortable, luxurious ride home and so appreciated the prompt and courteous service they received. My 12 year old grandson was especially excited, as he had never been in a limo before. It was the icing on the cake after their adventures for 10 days at Disney and Universal! I will certainly highly recommend Fortune Transportation to any one needing transportation in style or otherwise, and will call them for my grandson's proms, as I have three yet to graduate.
