How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
By not only providing a comprehensive training program, but supporting motivating through their mindset and emotionally triggers which I believe is key to achieveing your fitness goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Be willing to go along a journey to develop a deep understanding of WHY having this body will make your life a dream. Then bridging the gap between reality and where you want to be. You have the secret, my job is to help you reveal it.
What do you love most about your job?
That I can help/change people’s lives in many ways from how they feel at work, in their relationship, when socializing with friends/family, and going through any hard time. My training style and connection with my clients transcends into all of those areas.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Recognizing that I had all of the skills and qualities to do it on my own.
Why should our clients choose you?
You will rarely find a trainer with a story such as mine, and the scope of my journey/path gives me the ability to understand and motivate each client and more people.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes. I prefer 1-on-1 due to the number of clients I have. I also train better this way, but yes I can provide just as good a session. I highly recommend remote clients have a training suspension strap (any kind), 8 lb medicine ball, sliders, and an appropriate weight to weight kettlebell.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I train outside at parks with fresh air where covid travels less. I wear a mask, sanitize equipment between clients, and set up before each session so I can remain socially distanced.
