Signed up with this company 7 months ago when I first received a cold call from a Lucy Watson. At the time she called me I was in search of replacing a couple of Telemarketers, so their timing was just right. Lucy booked a call for me to speak with a Ben, one of their sales representatives. After our initial sales call, I ghosted the guy for a good month and he stayed persistent with emails, phone calls and leaving me voicemails continuously, reminding me the value of not having to put energy into internal hires. I gave in because I just got tired of not finding the right people to hire, and couldn’t find the appropriate amount of time to put in to find someone for myself. So I gave them a shot, and I started off with one and about a month later I enrolled with another and so far my experience is good. The reason I’m writing this lengthy review is because there might be someone out there like myself as a small business owner that telemarketing is an essential part their business process, and they might be going through what I went through and have the same control issues that I had which disabled me from delegating the telemarketing portion to an external company earlier, like way earlier. I’ve been in business for 22 years and if I had delegated this out many years ago, I would have had a lot more hours to focus on my business then spend time interviewing, coaching, training, that honestly is not a passion I have doing. Exclusive Calls have been great! They caller is very good at setting appointments and following up those appointments if I was not able to reach them myself. I would say about 80% of the set appointments were good leads and spoke to the correct person. some went with mre, some didn't but that's sales. I recommend if you don't have the time or staff to call on leads yourself. More...

I just hired them today -- they were very professional in the process

We hired Exclusive Calls back in July 2022 to help us with 2 fulltime VAs in our cold call outreach campaign. Today it has been over 3 months and we haven't met any VA. Not to mention that when I started asking about canceling the contract, all the blame was put on us and of course no refund of whatsoever. In order for them to land the contract with us they had one native speaker gentleman "Ben" call me very frequently and he put pressure on me. I liked the fact that he was pushy thinking that he represents the people I will be working with who will eventually help us sale our product. The last time I spoke with Ben person was actually the day I made the payment and signed the agreement. We are now locked in a contract for 3 months (they won't accept if you request less than that). We've paid for one month. We haven't received the service and we are still required to fulfill the rest of the payments. Although this is our first experience in this field and I have no idea how these folks function but they are not doing it right. They caused a serious waste of time and consequently money. More...
