Ms. Kahrau, We clearly, explicitly communicate our pricing for services required, well in advance. In your case, we communicated our pricing to you via email as well as with SMS on June 17, 2024, and we called you and left you a voicemail message for you to call us back if you have any questions. We never received any communication from you to discuss our pricing or anything about our service proposal. We would gladly review/revisit our proposal with you if you would have just simply contacted us. Without even giving us an opportunity to speak with you to go over pricing, we find your public feedback that you published about our company, not so ethical.
