Since working with Dunc Pro over 6 years, we have updated our camera system, put bars on our windows, and followed other suggestions to keep us safe. The windows have been broken out but without the suggestions of the bars, the bad guy would have gotten in. Being able to educate people. Whether it's educating them about the law, or educating them about resources to help them
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been in the law enforcement field for over 20 years and even off the clock I was always about protecting people. I wanted to continue that path and have a new challenge then to continue working for others.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are different than other security companies. We are hands on, but we try to de escalate at all opportunities and no matter how long it takes we will continue to try and use verbal judo before physically removing someone or arresting them unless they have committed a felony. Some of us have taken mental health first aid classes to educate ourselves on the mental health crisis we are dealing with today in the world.

Unfortunately we are either onsite or roving patrol.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We follow the guidelines set forth for the state. We also carry face masks and gloves to protect ourselves or our clients if they ask us to mask up.
