Working with DJ Eddy for our wedding was a fantastic experience! We soon learned that Eddy and his wife Donna come together as a package throughout the planning process as well as on the day of the event, and they have been a ton of fun to work with. They first made a point to learn about us and our story as a couple, which really comforted us and made us feel as if we were working with them on a personal level. This by no means discounts their professionalism, as both have a strong affinity for music, and Eddy has significant experience ranging from his formal music training at Berklee, to all of his years performing at a range of events. His process to learn our needs is incredibly thorough, from contact info to event location and prep, ceremony songs and activities, guests and all their various and unique affiliations, songs we like as well as those we don't, and much more. With Eddy and Donna, we feel we got the best of both worlds, as we had a reliable, professional DJ for our event, yet we also felt we had two friends who knew us and were out for our best interests. Eddy gets five stars across the board. He was fast to respond showed up on time and kept the kids at my daughters sweet 16th party rocking all night. I beleive knowing what type of music the bride and groom select for the reception is a helpful in selecting the events playlist. Also, reading the room and mood of the guests also plays a big part of what to play.
