I purchased a pedal from them on Reverb™️. It was Independance Day and Josh from JHS pedals mentioned the pedal I was trying to get, so I hopped on it for the cheapest price listed for a new unit. I’ve witnessed price gouging after JHS’s YouTube videos start a trend and I got out in front of it. They cancelled the order. I purchased a stage from these guys, and couldn't have been happier with the simplicity of the website, the pricing, and especially the customer service. Ordered a Mackie mixing board from their website because they had it for $30 cheaper than anywhere else. Got confirmation my order was received and that they’d norify me when it ships. After a few days with no shiping confirm, I logged into their site to see if I could find out what’s happening with my order. The status showed it was canceled. So I called them and asked why it was canceled. They said it was out of stock. So I went back to their website and looked up the same product. It was listed as in stock and they had raised the price.They obviously didn’t want to sell it for the lower price so they canceled my order and lied to me about why. If you do decide to go to this vender do not let them sell you out of the box equipment with a promise of ever receiving the rebate. I purchased Mackie SRM 650 speakers from them and was told that I would get a $200 mail in rebate. What I was not told was that I needed the UPC from the box. I should have known something was wrong when both sales associates spent the next hour trying to figure out how to locate the rebate from the Mackie website as I waited.... I made several calls to the store with promises of them reaching out to the vender. Not even an apology when the rebate expired and I was out the $200.
