What’s your signature dish?
Signature is Italian and french.
Braised beef short ribs with a nice butternut squash risotto topped with balsamic glaze and charred whole carrots.

I feel great for developing the perfect menu for clients

Preparing variety cuisine, traveling to different locations and interacting with clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After graduating culinary school, I knew this is the path I wanted to walk because it made me happy.
