Fernando and Designer Flip are a gem! We have hired Fernando multiple times to help with various projects that he has not only designed, but has also project managed for us. When we were getting ready to sell our home and we reached out to see if he would be up for the task to stage our home and make sure it looked overall fabulous to sell. Fernando was able to accommodate our budget and utilize a lot of what we already had and project managed the other big tasks we needed handled. To save us money he even loaned us some of his personal art and items to stage with. He killed it! We ended up getting offered a nice chunk of change over asking price and we loved the design so much we wished we had hired him when we originally moved into the house. We are so grateful to have found Fernando. He is very talented, professional, and genuinely a kind person. He puts his heart into everything, and everything he touches turns to gold. My fiancé and I were working on a renovation of two rental units - a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. This was our first renovation and we were basically clueless as to what we were doing. We needed kitchen cabinets for two kitchens. We were so lucky to have found Fernando. He came to the site to take measurements, then prepared a virtual rendering of the two kitchens and the cabinets he proposed. I requested two changes and Fernando revised the virtual rendering accordingly. He was very patient! He was also very knowledgeable and helpful especially because my fiancé and I didn't know what we were doing since it was our first time renovating. He had an amazing prices on white shaker cabinets and their installation. His installer was great and worked very quickly. The cabinets for both kitchens were installed in two days. It was great! What’s your interior design process?
Flipping Design consults with the Client to understand the full scope of work for the project. From there, we offer services like Architectural Plans, Interior Architectural Plans, New Design Layout/Floorplans to achieve the necessary changes and/or additions. No project is too big or small. We do them all and always stay within budget.

I love curating a well thought out, functional and tasteful designs. Staying creative with each and every project allows me to perform my best work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I feel that I have a unique aesthetic. One that really caters to marrying minimalism and comfort together. Modern designs dont have to be cold,! I like to add touches of “cozy” without it losing the core foundation of the style interpreted. I really felt that this industry was lacking designs that showcased these key points.

I’ve workes with many clients. With that comes learning how to work with a variety of personalities.
