Absolutely no follow up. Called with a general tax question and he acted like he couldn't be bothered. Don't recommend.

JS did not give me a fair chance to reply before posting his review. I was at funeral services for a family member that entire day and unable to respond to his inquiry as promptly as he would have liked.

After having met on the 18th of May and providing all the necessary documents for my tax return filing Mr Mazzola texted me the next day saying that he would like me to confirm meeting with him on the 20th of May to finalize and sign the completed tax return.
I was very happy to be notified so quickly.Again he greeted me very kindly at his residence and patiently explained the things that he did in my best interest to file my income tax return.I am very pleased with his service and appreciate his professional and courteous approach to my concerns.I hope to see him again for his immaculate service next year and really recommend him
