I have had many experiences at gyms and spas with personal trainers and found them all to be pretty interchangeable. When I had a session with Conor I was really surprised to find that the “personal” in the title really means something. Conor spent some time talking to me and learning about my body and fitness level in ways that really got to the core of where I see myself and what my goals really are. Then we went through a series of exercises so that he could assess my strength and endurance. From there he built a schedule for me with a challenging but attainable workout. He is essential in guiding the process, making sure I’m doing things the correct way so I’m building strength gradually. The results have been amazing. I’m leaner and stronger, my balance has improved and, most importantly, I am super motivated to keep going. It just feels great to work with Conor. He’s gentle but direct. A perfect combination.
