I found Coach Greg here on Bark and have been training with him for 2 months. It’s been great to find a local coach with a private gym. He is very knowledgeable and programs workouts specific to your goals as well as extra functionality moves to prep for long term mobility and flexibility gains. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I include a fitness consultation , where training goals and the program are discussed. I provide monthly progress updates and email a nutrition package to ALL my clients.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Discipline. Doing something Big or small everyday to make yourself better. Embracing the process.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping other people achieve their goals , and improving people's quality of life. The friendships I make with my clients along the way is an added bonus.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After a lifetime of playing and coaching baseball , personal training was a natural next step. I get to Coach!

The NASM OPT Model , which all my training programs are based off of , has been scientifically proven to help people in all categories progress and get results.
I apply it myself and I am in the best shape of my life at 48.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
My private training studio is now for 1 on 1 Personal Training only. Myself and 1 client only are allowed. My clients will never run into anyone else before, during, or after their workout in the studio. All equipment is sanitized after every training session. Latex gloves and hand sanitizer are here for use as well. I wear a mask at all times!
