The menu selection was amazing and Chris Clarendon was very accommodating. Clarendon Cuisines catered our small law office holiday party at my Westchester home with a sumptuous meal that included 3 passed hors douvres (baby lamb chops, coconut shrimp with Sweet Thai chile sauce, and scallops in a corn salsa), buratta and mesclun greens salad with raspberry vinaigrette, filet mignon and sea bass entrees with sauces, sweet potato purée, mashed potatoes, baby bok choy, and broccolini sides with carrots, and individual lava cakes for dessert with raspberry drizzle and vanilla ice cream. We opted to go without his chef present and the precooked food with explicit heating instructions Chris sent with his delivery of the food resulted in each dish cooked to perfection . The quality of the food was uniformly delicious and the quantity was plentiful. The price was reasonable. C’est magnifique. We would use Clarendon Cuisines again for any event, small or large. The production company I work for hired Claredon Catering to serve food to M.J.B also know as Miss Mary, Harlem’s own Dave East and the film crew. The entire production was blown away by Chef Chris’s culinary skills. The team was talking about the food all day, while smelling the food in the air as Chef Chris and his partner were setting up, all the way through the end of the shoot.
