We had the pleasure of having Chara’s Kitchen and Catering for our Thanksgiving meal, and it was absolutely phenomenal. From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded our expectations.
The turkey was hands down the best we’ve ever had—perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor.
The lamb chops were another standout—cooked to perfection and incredibly tender. Every dish was a hit, from the brown stewed chicken to the sweet potato souffle. Even the cranberry herb relish, which we weren’t sure about initially, was an unexpected favorite. We ended up putting the sauce on everything—it was that good!
The portions were generous, and the quality of the food was outstanding. Everyone at our gathering raved about the meal, and there wasn’t a single leftover. Chara’s professionalism and attention to detail made the entire process seamless. She took care of everything, and her warm personality shone through in every interaction.
If you’re looking for a caterer who will deliver top-notch food and an unforgettable experience, I cannot recommend Chara’s Kitchen enough. We will definitely be using her services again for future events. Thank you, Chara, for making our holiday so special!

Chara’s catered a terrace BBQ for my work colleagues at my apartment in Manhattan. She was fantastic from start to finish. She was completely self-sufficient, setting herself up in my kitchen and the outdoor grill and figuring out which plates and serving dishes she could use from the apartment. The food was delicious. This review is super late, but last year in January for my best friend’s birthday we had some of Chef Chara’s amazing food. Every single dish was bussin, or delicious lol. Literally not one dish disappointed. We had food items from her breakfast menu, as well as empanadas, fried chicken, and multitude of other delectable dishes. She truly outdid herself. You can really tell just how much Chef Chara loves her craft of cooking and how skilled she is when you eat her food. Cheryl is that absolute best! I had her come and cook for about 10 people and she crushed it. We had her make a large variety of food but the fried chicken, cornbread, and banana pudding were the best I’ve ever had. I come into your home and completely take over your kitchen. Custom menus, tailored to you needs. I am well versed in all diets. Kosher, vegan, gluten-free... no problem at all.
Pick up or Drop off Catering
You can place your order and we can have it delivered or you can pick up on location.
Set Up/Clean Up
We set up all rentals: tables and buffets, assemble chaffing dishes, decorate. And break down everything at the end of the event.
Grill/BBQ Chef
I offer onsite bbq services! I come into your home and take care of all your grilling needs, while you enjoy your guests. Servers are available also.
I can provides a full package including the food or you can purchase the food and have myself there to cook.
