I hired Cher for the full service planning, florals, decor, Photo Booth, and dessert table and she deserves 5 stars for all of the services.
Cher was fantastic on the day of, everything looked so beautiful- beyond my expectations. Her and her team made the day go by extremely smooth and I can’t thank her enough for the way everything turned out. I tend to get anxious and stressed and Cher was the complete opposite, calm and assuring. Cher added extra sweet touches that meant a lot to us.

Cher and everyone at Casablanca is amazing! Cher was SUPER communicative and flexible throughout the whole planning process. She really went above and beyond for us for our event! Casablanca made our office holiday party a total success. They went above and beyond for us. From the moment I spoke to Cher I knew they were going to be awesome. She was able to effectively answer all of my questions and reassured me when I was a little anxious. On the day of the event, Cher came to our office scope out the best spots to set up. I left to get ready, and when I came back to the office, their set up of the appetizer table and buffets tables were so pretty. They had flower arrangements that matched our company colors, which was a great touch. The only feedback I would give was on the flow of the buffet itself. If there was 1000 stars for me to select, we would do just that. Cher is truly amazing. First we spoke on the phone then met her at our wedding venue at Yocha Dehe Golf Course.
We knew immediately that we would like her. She is so sweet & not shy with suggestions. This is what everyone needs when hiring an event coordinator or florist. We explained what our wants were and vision. We had a 1920s theme for our wedding. The center pieces were over the top gorgeous. I could say more but truly, if you are looking for extraordinary, exquisite, & professional plus to add fair in cost. Trust us, hire Cher w/ Casablanca. You will thank us and soon, you too will write a review.
One other note, my mom passed a week after my wedding. Cher reached out to check in & I told her what just happened. My office contacted her to order flowers & let me share, the flowers were so beautiful & smelled so good. Cher who is 2 hours from where the services were, created the design & had her team member deliver. We are so grateful to Casablanca & their team.
We will definitely use you for more events.

I used Casablanca Cafe catering to help put on a fabulous Sixties Themed party for my Husband’s 60th birthday. I had identified the theme and needed a caterer when I was connected to Cher and her husband Chef Derek, the owners.
They had a great reputation catering events. They not only helped me plan the menu but also helps with making the table linens, flowers and a photo scene all in the party theme.
The day of the event, they arrived as promised to set up. The food was delicious, especially the chipotle chicken and the pork. The themed cupcakes were perfect. The staff to serve and clean up were all friendly and very professional.
They were a big part of the party’s success with our guests commenting on how fabulously groovy it all was.

Cher did such an amazing job and in hindsight I would’ve used her for catering as well.
Cher is patient and her communication is exemplary!

Catering
We specialize in events like weddings, Quinceaneras, and corporate events. We can accommodate events from about 30ppl to 1,000ppl. We have two different pricing structures: Per Tray, or Per Person. Our services include full service catering or simple drop-off and pick-up.
