We can certainly help you with any kind of barbecue we specialize in Dutch oven catering where we cook everything on site so that is serve fresh within 10 to 15 minutes after it is cooked we cook everything outside. We do not need a fire pit…… we do a lot of private parties and a lot of wedding dinners there are many pictures on Facebook under Carroll’s custom cooking….
