How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
A few standards to consider when converting a garage are: Windows - are there any windows? Where could you place a new window? Ceiling Height - many jurisdictions require a minimum ceiling height for conversion. Insulation, heating, lights and outlets are other considerations.

In the case of a garage conversion, you need to conform to building regulations, fire safety, and local zoning codes. Start with a capable building designer that can efficiently apply your City/County codes to your design.

What inspired you to start your own business?
It started as kind of an accident. We started helping friends and family with projects and then it sort of blossomed as more and more referrals came in over that first year. We are several years in now and really enjoy helping our clients reach their goals with their homes.
