Needed to terminate an employee with possible aggression issues. I contacted Blackhorn the night before the termination, explained in detail history of the situation, our concerns and how we would like to have them available in our office in the event something went sideways. Christian was there next morning at 7:15 AM as promised. He was discreet but clearly prepared for any level of security measures needed. My wife and I had a conversation with him during which he quickly formulated a plan of how he could observe out of site but near enough to mitigate any threat. He also reassured us and helped us feel more at ease. Thankfully everything went smoothly, and Christian stayed with us until the former employee left our property.
