We had such a wonderful experience having Brook as our wedding coordinator. We hired her as a day-of coordinator, but we so much more value than just one day from her. At six months out, she started checking in monthly to see how things were going, and really ramped up her involvement as we got closer. Anytime we got a new vendor contract, we sent it to her, and when we got 30 days out from the wedding, she really dove in. She made us feel so confident that all of the details were coming together and that our vision was on track. Her organization and communication skills were amazing, and we never had any doubt that she was on her A game and had our backs throughout the entire process. I have no idea how many clients she takes on at once, but we never felt like we weren’t her #1 priority, and that sense of security was so comforting to have throughout a process that can be very complicated! Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but she made the entire process feel manageable. On the day of our wedding, she was an absolute rockstar. We had hoped for a weekend packed with events and fun for all of our guests coming in from all over the US, and Brook delivered! For every activity we were pondering, Brook had lots of ideas for refining the actual event and recommendations for vendors. What do you love most about your job?
When the vision comes to life on the day of the event. When all of the planning and vendors are come together to create a memorable day. Most importantly, when my couples walk away happy they chose me!
What inspired you to start your own business?
After years of working for other event coordinators and hearing how happy my clients were, I realized it was time to start my own business. Creativity, planning, hosting and celebrating are all my passions and being a coordinator is perfect for me.
Why should our clients choose you?
I LOVE WHAT I DO! It would be hard to find a more well rounded planner than myself. I have 5 years experience as a lead wedding coordinator with other companies and I have a creative eye for detail and design. My years of experience in bartending and catering help me with layouts, timing and table settings. My couples rarely see me sitting down because I am always taking care of something, whether it is clearing empty glasses off of tables, relighting candles or repurposing flowers. I am there to make your day the Best Day Ever!

This service is for couples that need guidance finding vendors and design direction. I use my 20 years worth of experience in the event industry to help your day the best it can be. Includes a consultation, customized timeline and layout, 30 day venue walkthrough to go over the details and 10 hours of hands on help to make your day run smoothly.
