Words can’t even describe how happy I am that I hired Ballroom! Being in Plymouth ma but hiring a company for my sons wedding rehearsal dinner in NH I was googling blindfolded. But I am so happy I went with this company. The food was absolutely amazing. The staff was absolutely amazing. The owner emails back faster than any company I have ever dealt with before and she calmed my nerves more than she will ever know by responding to every stressed/ crazy mom of groom that needed to make sure everything was perfect for my first borns, email I sent her hahaha. I wish I could give 1000 stars because I would. Not only did they cater the rehearsal dinner but also made the wedding cake for the day after. Everything was amazing. What’s your signature dish?
The menu items on the standard menu packages are my most popular dishes. Creamy Mac and cheese, garlic mashed potatoes, oven roasted chicken, tender beef tips, bbq pulled pork are some of the top faves!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
By listening to the needs of the couple and getting a better understanding of what they are wanting to serve their guests, we can create a perfect menu to suit their needs.
What do you love most about your job?
Food is a love language and sharing my dishes with couples on their most important day is nothing short of amazing! Getting the chance to work with couples during their planning process and watching as their vision and plans come together is the icing on the cake!
