To make a difference. Not to be one of this major companies that do not see the client as a person but more as a number or worse yet, a dollar sign only.

Yes, we do. We either use Zoom or Microsoft Teams to communicate via online as well as with emails and phone calls.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Shop visits still occur but with masks and use of hand sanitizer and so forth. Most clients are vaccinated and very cautious in all they do as it is.
