i have worked for this company off and on. i tried to be respectful and i was always on time to work unless i was stuck in traffic. i worked 6 days a week 48 plus hours. i never ever was a cuase of why they lost a contract. i never left my site even when no one came to relief me. i never called out even when i was sick. i still went into work. the issue i had working with this company was ron's (girlfriend lisa) she basically runs everything and we got into a argument and she thought she knew the answer and kept calling me a lier to my face. she had to be right on everything. i gave a 2 week notice. i tried to talk to ron but he never answered my calls or text. until the last day of the 2 weeks was up. he came to the job site before i got to work and said we had to talk. so he basically fire me for nothing. it's bs on how he did me wrong. i can say so much more on here but i'm not. they treat there workers like shit and he lets his girlfriend lisa try to run things and call people liers. anyways enough said. i could go on and on but i won't. they did me dirty. This is the worst, most unprofessional and unethical "company" I have ever worked for. Prospective clients, please pay attention to this: the owner of this company will do things like have his guards abandon the site they are working at to go cover another unmanned site in order to "double dip" in order to get paid from both contracts. And if you're thinking about working here as a security guard, don't! They only pay cash (they literally put money in an envelope that you have to go pick up at the office every week unlike almost literally every other company in existence that has a convenient direct deposit set up) and ZERO overtime, paid breaks or personal time off, which is illegal in the state of California. Their owner Ron drives around all night with his wife (whom I think may be schizophrenic) in the passenger seat. There's nothing inherently wrong with that but that's the level of professionalism you're dealing with here. Also, if you ever try to correspond with either of them regarding work they'll flat out ignore. Most likely because they don't want to leave an information trail for when someone lawyers up or reports them to the BBB.In addition, they recently hired one of the biggest nimrods I've ever worked with in almost 20 years of being a licensed guard to be their field supervisor. The dope has almost zero experience and worse yet, little to no instincts. One day he's going to either get filled himself or get someone else killed; he's atrocious. The absolute audacity of those two geniuses to hire Barney Fife to "supervise" guards that have AT LEAST 5x the experience he has. Disgusting.I have been dealing with this nonsense for the better part of 2 years so believe me when I tell you that this might quite possibly be the most garbage business in the entire Inland Empire. DO NOT work for these jokers and DO NOT employ them to provide security for your business.
