Amy and her staff were AMAZING!!!!
From our first contact with Amy, which she is very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful, to the night of the event we were blown away.
We had contacted several restaurants and catering companies and had zero response. Once we got in contact with 808 Catering Co. she was able to quickly create a menu, explain cost breakdowns and, she even helped us get a venue. Even when she didn’t have to. We don’t live on the island so planing this even was very difficult for us but 808 Catering made so easy.
The food was so amazing. Our son who lives here says it was the best he has had hands down. Amy also offered so many other things that made our experience even more unbelievable. She is a wealth of knowledge and expertise.
So if you ever need someone for your event 808 Catering Co is who you need.

Amy and her entire crew were the most amazing group of people we have ever worked with! I was able to place a request and Amy came through in a clutch.
She was very responsive to every question and concern we had. Amy was very helpful. We do not live on the island so she was able to point us in the direction of several people that we needed.
From start to finish Amy was there! She sent me a menu on the first day we spoke along with a price per person and gave a very great detailed breakdown of the cost. There was no was no question on my part as to what I was getting versus what I was paying for. Today during the dinner Amy was there the entire time. She set up plates, sat out food, visited with our guests and made sure that everything was going as planned.
So overall I would highly recommend 808 Catering company for any group where you need to be free to entertain you guests and not worry about food.

08 Meal Prep was so wonderful to work with as they are kind, flexible, and professional. I was able to get a customized vegan and gluten free menu as well as some strong batch cocktails for a recent event and the food did not disappoint. What’s your signature dish?
Our salmon is the best! All of our dishes are great but shepherd's pie is my personal favorite recipe.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I create custom menus based on the type of cuisine, and style of service, the client is interested in. We offer a wide selection of dishes along with the cost per head so that the customer is in total control of their options and budget.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to feed people! My passion is food and I love sharing that with my clients and their guests. My goal is to provide the best food at the most affordable cost possible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was taught to cook at a very young age. I grew up in the restaurant industry and continued to pursue that path after I moved out. I happened to marry someone who also had the same interests and that is when our business began! I'm so thankful to be able to follow my passion and turn it into a career.

I am very personable and committed to giving my clients the best experience possible. I also strive to give the best value. We go above and beyond no matter the event!

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We offer contactless drop-off. All of our staff members are vaccinated and test at any signs of covid. So far we have gone the whole pandemic without getting each other sick!

We can make bentos! Perfect for work lunches or on the go catering.
Grazing Tables
We create beautiful grazing tables (charcuterie boards) for all events. Even brunch!
Bartending
We have skilled bartenders for hire. Also a trailer equiped to handle bar services available to rent.
